Wishlist page is not found after changing the proxy url. What can I do?

Make Following changes :
1. Open iwish_v2.liquid and Find the follwing code:
/apps/iwish
and replace it with a new proxy url
for eg.
/tools/wishlist
2. Open General Settings page.
Set the same url in 'Edit proxy URL' section.
